For every 50-100 pairs of small regular, you’ll find a medium regular. For every 100 pairs of those, you’ll find a large regular. At least for the poplin pairs. Rare size, great shape minus tag fading off and one repair on leg. Dated 1966. 3rd pattern. Waist cinches allow for heavy variance in the waist size. Probably why I wear a pair of these all the time.
