The Cirrus 3 was a popular hang-glider developed by the Electra Flyer corporation in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1975. This shirt probably belongs to someone either at the company or they just really liked this hang-glider. The airbrush is incredible. Tagged large, fits smaller.
