This is the best sweatshirt I've owned. This would've been military issue based on the stencil on the inside of the neck. As a result, I believe this was originally white and was washed with dress blues or US Navy denim trousers to make it this light blue. Has some stains on the sleeves. Fits like a medium or a slim large depending on who you ask.
