Love these thick cotton flannels so much. Tag style dates this one to the 1970's. I actually have this exact shirt (same pattern, tag, everything) in a larger size that I wear all the time. Can't recommend these enough, they're soft and the perfect weight. Hole in right armpit but isn't too bad, most likely a seam undone. Tagged and fits like a tall medium, check pictures and measurements before purchase.
