Very interesting find. Came from the estate of a Vietnam vet who served on the USS Downes FF-1070. They were stationed off the coast of Penang, Malaysia. Almost never see any Navy related souvenir jackets, especially ones with a lot of swimming related patches. Theatre made. Fits like a medium.
